Pumpkin Snackballs

Adapted from this recipe – Fitnessista Pumpkin Amazeballs

Pumpkin Snackballs

6 tbsp old fashioned oats

2 tbsp sunflower seed butter (any nut or seed butter)

4 tbsp pumpkin puree (I used canned)

t tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cloves

1/4 tsp nutmeg

splash vanilla

splash agave syrup

1) combine all dry ingredients in a food processor (mine was broken so I used a blender)

not ideal but it worked!

2) combine all remaining ingredients with the dry in a bowl

3) roll into balls with your hands

I made about 12 bite size balls
