Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding is a great for breakfast, as a snack, post-workout or even for dessert.

Cherry Vanilla Chia Pudding

  • 1 tb chia seeds
  • 2 tb oat bran
  • 2 tb chopped dried cherries
  • dash cinnamon & vanilla
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

mix ingredients and let sit for at least 30 minutes (or even overnight). The chia seeds and oat bran will absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like texture. Depending on consistency you may need to add more liquid before serving.

    I am going to try this! Almond milk is my favorite non dairy milk and I have been meaning to try chia because i think given my wine intake I’m always a bit dehydrated!

    Oh wow! I love chia pudding and I never thought to put oat bran in it or cherries. This looks delish and can’t wait to try it!
