Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1/2 c frozen blueberries
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tb chia seeds

blueberry smoothie

Mix ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!

By using frozen fruit and chia seeds, the smoothie will have a nice consistency. The spinach adds a punch of nutrition without taking away from the fruity flavor.
