Long time no talk. After a brief hiatus from the blog I’ve had multiple requests to come back and flood your brains with my ongoings and nutritional musings. So, for my adoring fans (all two of you), I’ll be picking up the slack and bringing back the blog with some race recaps (a really fun one last weekend), recipes and lots of food prep tips (since this is the question I’ve been getting the most).
